Ok.....and what was the best thing that I had at my desk when I got to work today......WRIST WEIGHTS. Cynthia got them for me. I had been wanting to get some and she got them for me for my birthday. She is the sweetest and not at work today. I will have to give her BIG hugs on Monday.
