Random pictures....but cute

Aunt Hay Hay bought Ry Ry some books and they read together.

Ryan was looking cute that day....with an orange nose. Every time she eats carrots, she gets an orange nose.

We went to Phil's granma's and Dorothy had rock band! Here is a picture.

Post later

I have more pictures to post, but the videos take a while to load. I will post the pictures tomorrow, but for now check out the girl on the go!!

Where's the baby?

Ok....so these videos are almost the same, however she plays more in the second one.

We can't believe she did this yesterday. Hay said "where's the baby" and she put the rag up to her face. Now..... this is when babies make adults sound super silly.

Don't judge us from how we sound. :) Hay, Phil and I all are saying the same thing. It's so funny. This is a proud mother..... her baby is learning new things.

Oh and Ryan's pour knees are all red. All of her friends are crawling (all older so no worries, she is right on schedule) so it makes her want to too. So she gets up on her knees and rocks back and forth. She can go backwards and ready to make her move soon. I just know it will be at day care when I'm not there, but that's ok. They work with her so much. I had no idea she could play "Where's the baby."

Enjoy

Cherry Girl

I work with this lady Monica. She is the sweetest lady you will ever meet. She gave Ryan this Cherry outfit at the shower that was given here at work.

I thought I would take some picutres before she grows right out of this outfit too.

Plus, this is the chair Amber sold me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I just have to find a way to cover it so it matches. Any thoughts???

My dad.....

My dad is the sweetest dad ever.....

He sends all his girls (Heather, Barbara, Hayley, Erin and I) all flowers. He started out getting them for the teachers on their first day of school. Then Erin started a new job and I think Hayley too, so he got them flowers. Well, I wasn't starting anything new so he got me "Happy Whatever" flowers.

Well, now Barb is retired, Hayley is working at a different place, Erin doesn't work, and I am still just here. So he got all of us "Whatever" flowers, I'm sure and Heather got the back to school ones.

Thanks daddy-o!!

Alan's bday party

Alan's birthday was great. Our long lost friend, John, showed up. Why I didn't get a picture of all the guys is beyond me. The camera lady didn't think about it. Wow, I must be losing my touch.

But anyway, here were a few pictures of the guests that attended. There was an age requirement...you had to be at least 4 months or older. I think Colin barely made it!!!

And as you can see.....don't leave Ollie in charge of the chocolate!!

So last night, we started playing with Ryan and making sounds. She would make one long sound and then we would put our hand over her mouth and this is what we got.........

My little graduate!!!

So I went to pick up Ryan on Tuesday and was given a folder. I knew once I received that, what it meant. It was her folder of all her name tags. I didn't know that she received a certificate for all of her physical and social skills, but recieved that as well. I knew she would pass in the social category!!! She is her momma's little social butterfly.

The teachers make new name tags every month. They either hang them above the changing station, put them in their cribs, or on their cubbies. She had a bunch of them. I have attached just a few of the ones I received.

She will be moving up to Infant B on Monday. I know it's a good thing, but sad. She will still see her Infant A teachers either in the morning before all of her B teachers get there or in the afternoon. Once the number of kids go down, they can move them all to one room. Both rooms are only separated by a half wall. So she isn't going far.

This could be good for her b/c she will be in a new crib. She needs to get used to sleeping in different places.

Lately she doesn't want to be anywhere but with her daddy or in the swing. She hasn't been feeling well. She has her daddy's allergies and been coughing. Every morning is a cough fest. Once she is ready for day care, it has calmed down some. So our nights have become fights. She doesn't want to go down.

But, other than the few crying spells she is a happy little girl!!!

Oh and the last picture are the forms that are kept with all her accomplishments. Whenever they see her "focus on an object 10-12 inches away" they write the date down. Or when she "holds her head up" or "rolls over"...they keep all the dates.

Her feet prints when she started Willow Bend......

The tooth Fairy

Hey everyone. Well, another milestone has been reached. Miss Ryan has a tooth. My mom felt it last Thursday. It is sharp....ouch! I won't stick my finger in her mouth anymore!!

Here are some pictures of Ryan in her little shirt and skirt. Her hair is getting long and I put it in a mohawk, which stayed all day.

The other pictures are of Dorothy, Amy, Brian, Ruby, her boyfriend Brandon and some of her friends doing a slip and slide. They put Dawn soap on it which made it even more slippery. It was fun to watch.

Dorothy is back to Tx and in celebration of that, she made a huge jello shot in the shape of TX. Cool idea Dot!!!

Oh and a few more milestones or fun tidbit... Ryan says da da, whether she knows that she says it or not, gives high fives, sits up, laughs, talks, plays, dances.... it's so much fun to see her learn new things and to see her figure things out.
