Over the weekend

Don't ask..... I came in the living room to this.

Sunday we went to my moms church for her fall festival. It was fun, however Hay had to work at her new job, Phillip left to go to the Dr b/c he has a sinus infection and my mom was not very mobile b/c had thrown her back out the day before. So I had Ryan and trying to keep her calm. So she didn't get a nap until 2pm. So Phil came back and picked us up to take her home. She slept so hard that this is what she looked like when she got up.

My mom is doing good. She had a few spams that hurt really bad, but resting and getting better.

Then Phillip and Ryan were playing and I had to get a picture of them. They are so funny sometimes.

I got a few masks from work on the Mardi Gras day. So me and Ry put them on. She looks so funny b/c it covers half of her face.

Friday of celebration week...

Last Friday was our last day to celebrate. It was suppose to be sports day, but we had guests come in and so we all had to dress up. We still got to play games and decorate around the room.

A guy brought this blow up helmet that I had to put on. I know... silly. But it was fun.

Mardi Gras

Mardi Gras Day!!

Ok, this picture makes me laugh. I look silly, but I don't care :). I can't smile in this mask.

Today is Mardi Gras and I brought the mask that we got for Ryan in New Orleans. I have my New Orleans shirt on and my beads.

Today's game is bowling.
(Tomorrow we still get to have breakfast and do the games, but we have guests in the office and can't dress in our sports. So no contest for best dressed tomorrow.)
I got runner up today.
Total winning.... $10 Walmart for Mondays card headband, $20 to Chipotle for Tuesday limbo, $20 to Chipotle for Wed corn hole toss game, and $10 to Walmart for todays runner up in my mask.

Wed during ND Week... Western Day

Today was Western Day. We got little boot coosies for our drinks and "Wanted" signs. My said "Wanted for texting while riding" Hillary "Hillbillie" Adams.

We also played corn hole toss or washers to some. You have 4 bean bags to throw at 6 different levels. The first one is easy and then you move back after each throw of the bean bags. If you get the bean bag directly in the hole, you get 3 points. If the bean bag lands on the board but doesn't go in, you get one point. The winner announced at the bottom of the post.

Bobbi (the girl in the picture holding her hat) throwing it so high it hits the ceiling and stays in there.
Eric gets on his desk to help get the bean bag out.

WINNER OF THE CORN HOLE GAME!! I got 38 points. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tuesday during our Network Development Week

Ok, so we have had a day!! It was Luau day so we dressed in Hawaiian gear. We are now being served virgin drinks for "It's 5 o'clocksomewhere."

Plus we had a hula hoop contest (which I was beat out by one girl) I did 5 mins 16 seconds, a ring toss, which I didn't even do b/c it's hard and a limbo contest. It was between me and Frank and then me and Jennice.

It was so hard after a while, but the pictures are worth a million dollars. They are NOT flattering by any means, but really funny.

It ended up being beetween me and Jennice so we drew for the winner and I received $20 to Chipotle. YAY!

Good weekend

It was a good weekend. Friday, Kevin came over and we watched the Mavs WIN!! Ryan played with him for a few minutes and then had to go to bed.

Saturday evening we went to dinner with Ryan's friend from school and her parents. Ariana and Ryan have been in the same class almost the whole time they have been at Willow Bend. We have a good time going out with them and if you look back at Oct 2009, you will see Pumpkin Patch pictures with her.

After dinner they came over for play time. The girls did good until the play phone came into play. They both wanted it so that was a little frustrating. Well until Ryan started to barter.....

She would try and give Ariana something else in order to get the phone back. At times it would work and times it wouldn't....once sAri learned what Ryan was up to.

Sunday we went to church to see Bronwyn sing. She is in the Cherub singers and was so cute. She is so animated and sang her heart out. Good job B!!

After lunch with Nana, Mema, Hay Hay, and the Medlocks, we went to Mema's house to try and help her with her computer. Phillip was able to help get on the internet, but the email was challenge.

(First picture before church at home)

We got to mema's and Ryan was having so much fun running in a circle through Mema's room and bathroom. She would stop to weigh herself (she sees mommy do it and wants to do it at home) and then keep running. One time I didn't hear her come through....and you will see what I found. A 2 year old that smelled like Este Lauder powder!!

Then to keep her busy, she played CAT. As you have seen in previous posts, she loves this game. It was something she could do after getting tired of running. She looked so grown up on the blanket playing CAT on her tummy.

Random pictures.....

The one of me is with the headband I made for Casino day at work. It's Network Development week meaning we have games, free food, gift cards and fun stuff throughout the week.

What will they think of next?

What will they think of next? There are apps on the IPhone that are educational. Ryan loves to play the My First Word app. It's an app where she can match letters to grayed out letters to spell words like bird, blue, cake, etc. She calls it CAT b/c there was a picture of a cat on the sample version. Ryan got so good at that, that Phillip bought the entire application. She will play and spell the different words for a long time (ya know, 5 minutes in baby land).

Well, after about 5 minutes.......

Wow, still playing 5 minutes later......

And 5 minutes later.............

I couldn't resist. Phillip was reading "Good night Moon" or "Where's the mouse" (as she likes to say on every page these days) and I took these pictures. Too sweet to not take a picture of.

Picture time

Having wonderful pictures is the best thing to have around the holidays. Don't you all want the cute pictures of little ones all dressed up??

What about the "how we got there" pictures. Here is a bunch of pictures that we took yesterday of Mason, Ryan and Isabelle.

Ok, so where are the "perfect" pictures that we got of all three of them??
We didn't. We got some real cute ones, but we will do this again soon. For one, the village we were at wasn't complete. So we will get the kids all dressed up and take them again and see what we can get. Photographers have their hands full this coming season.
We had a fun time and seriously....when are a 4 year old, 1 1/2 year old and 2 year old going to all sit at the same time?
