Happy 1st Birthday Ryan Elizabeth~

Christmas 2009

We all had a great Christmas this year. Ryan's first Christmas was fun. I started out taking pictures and tapered off towards the 4th Christmas. I will get pictures from more of the family gatherings and post them too.

We went to my mom and grandpa's on Christmas Eve, went to my sister in law Katy's house Christmas Day, then to Phil's granma's on Saturday and then my dads on Sunday.

Willow Bend Learning Center had a Holiday party that was fun. The kids ate and then we went to see Santa and that was about it. At this age, she isn't in to what is going on. Next year will be a different story though.

Christmas 2009

The Adams family had a great Christmas. I will be posting the pictures soon. I couldn't resist this one picture. She is so grown up. This is a new outfit that Nana gave her. She is just so cute in her little sweat suit.

Santa 2009

Santa 2009 went very well. I wasn't sure how she was going to do, yet I kind of had a feeling she would do ok. She is a people person like her momma!

I either wanted a great picture or a really bad one that we could laugh at for years to come. That might be next year...

I took her around to see Santa when she was still in her stroller to let her have a look at him and she waved. I knew then she would be ok.

I have a flash drive and will get pictures printed if I don't have enough.

Here is the head band thing I bought. We might try for Santa pictures, but we will see. You can see how she wasn't impressed that I put these on her as she was waking up. But so cute, right?

Christmas with friends

Saturday, we went to Stacey and Alan's to have our friend Christmas. John was there too and we were suppose to go see some lights. Well we ended up watching the kids play and open their gifts. It was a good time.

AND....we got our tree up! It doesn't have all the decorations on it yet, but it will in the next day or two. I mean it's not like Christmas is next week or anything. How have we gottent to this point of rush rush rush?? It will be here and gone before we know it.

Willow Bend Friends

Ryan has met some pretty awesome friends at her daycare. It is fun to see the same kids and parents on a daily basis. I have become good friends (I say friends b/c I talk to them from time to time and know that if I ever need anything, they are there and vice versa.) with quite a few moms and dads. There is Chase (mom = Kim), Brendon (mom = Darcy), Nicholas (mom = Melinda), Nate (mom = Amy), Mikaia (mom = Shunte) and Ariana aka Ari (Jeff = dad).

Jeff, Katie, Ari, Phillip, Ryan and I all went to the pumpkin patch together back in Oct. I see Jeff almost every day at daycare either dropping off, picking up or both.

Yesterday, I took a few quick pictures of Jeff and Ari, Ryan and me, and the two girls. They were looking at Jeff, but still a cute picture. I sent it to the daycare. They might put up on their facebook page.

Here are a few random picures.

Pretty Granma, Gran Gran, GrandMary, and Tanta got all the grandkids a swing set. Mason likes to swing and go fast. To our surprise (well not really b/c Ryan likes to go fast and be upside down all the time) she loved the swing. She would hold onto the string and shake it to make it go side to side.
~Grammy/Granddaddy and Nana/Poppa...you might want to invest in one :)!

Then the other pictures are not good quality, but I couldn't pass them up. I recorded the Muppet Christmas special they had on this past weekend. I played it Saturday morning and Ryan actually sat with me for maybe 10 minutes watching it. She actually laughed out loud at 2 different spots. Then the other is when Ryan and her daddy were watching King Arthur...the action packed movie. She clapped the whole time.

And then the last picture is from Halloween....duh...I mean we don't put her in this Monkey "everyday" just every other day :). This is with Ms Irene.
