4th of July party

Yesterday was Ryan's 4th of July party. It was fun to watch her have so much fun, but holy moly it was hot. The girls (Ari and Ry Ry) stayed near the smaller playground set and played together. I know Ryan LOVES the bounce house, but I was hoping she wouldn't see it. It was so hot in there and it would be hard to get her out. She loves to bounce.

We didn't have to go through that b/c she and Ari played, went into the animal area, and had a good time.

Ryan played the duck game. It was a matching game. She had to match the numbers on the bottom of the ducks. I thought she really wanted to play...I was wrong. She really wanted to play in the WATER. Who wouldn't? It felt good. And of course whatever one does, the other has to do.


























Right before we left, Ryan begged for a popsicle. Even though I knew she was going to get really messy, I didn't care. She was so hot and wanted one. So cute....

"Little Miss Firecracker"

Someone is happy today. It's her 4th of July party. I won't get there when it starts to hear her Yankee Doodle song :(. She sang part of it last night. But I will be there to let her play for a little bit. No rain in the future, so this one should be outside today. It is going to be hot, but less crowded.

No "Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner"

This past weekend, we went to Shreveport for Stacey and Alan's anniversary. (I will add a picture of them as soon as I get it)

We had a great time. Neither of us won, but we had a great time together.

Cheese

























Ryan is a pretty good eater. She will usually try stuff, but like all kids they go in spurts and she won't eat something that she has just tried.

She does this thing though where if we eat after her (not often, but sometimes) she will run in, say that she wants a bite, gets a bite and runs back in the living room. She ate broccoli and corn last night. So we decided to give her, her own corn.

It's a good thing we got her a new toothbrush....see next picture.























Ryan had been good at letting me brush her teeth at night and in the morning, but had to do it herself as well. We all know that she doesn't do much, but I still let her do it.

Bronwyn and Coop had automatic toothbrushes and I have always wanted to get one. Well, I did and she wouldn't put the toothbrush down for at least 20 mins. Plus, I got the one where she can put stickers on it and make it her own. All we had to do was get her a "sonic" toothbrush. :)

Father's Day weekend

My big girl. Here are two pictures, one from today and one from the weekend. I can't believe how big she is getting. She is growing and looks so old sometimes. I love this girl so much. :)
























Saturday, we went to my mom and Riachard's for his father's day. We were all there, except for Phillip who was working. I didn't get any pictures of Richard with Heath or the kids. When we get together over there, it's like the kids take over. Hunter and DJ were so sweet to them and played with them. It's awesome to see that now they are older, they are playing with the little ones. I will get a picture of all the guys when we get together for momma's bday. Phillip wouldn't have been in the picture and I want them all in it.

Sunday afternoon, Phil's family came over for Frankie's father's day. We also had a cake for Izzy's bday. I actually got it to work this time. I got to use the big cupcake maker and it all came out great. And delicious....

Sunday evening, us girls went over to dads and had tacos and had a great visit. We sat around the table and talked and laughed....it was GREAT.
